THe project is leased to The Michaels Stores, Citibank and Starbucks.

RCB Property Holdings, LLC, a partnership of Saber, PCD Capital, LLC and a large NY-based private equity fund, is developing a 421-unit multi-family rental development on a 13.3-acre site located at West Fort Lee Road, in the Township of Bogota, Bergen County, NJ on the eastern banks of the Hackensack River.  The property is currently under construction.

Saber Chauncey WP, LLC, a partnership of Saber and Chauncey White Plains, LLC, bought the former Key Ford site located adjacent to the Westchester Mall in White Plains, NY and site plan approved it to accommodate a 276-unit Class-A multi-family rental development with 21,000 square feet of high-end retail and restaurants.  The property was recently sold to Toll Brothers, a national luxury home builder.

Saber Dobbs Ferry Associates, LLC a partnership of Saber and Dobbs Ferry Capital Partners developed this mixed-use project consisting of 116,000 square feet of retail, a 138-room Hilton Garden Inn (3rd party) and a 202 residential rental development (3rd party) located at the Lawrence Street exit of the Saw Mill River Parkway.  The mixed use development is anchored by iPic Theater and a boutique supermarket and encapsulates a New York Sports Club.  It is considered the premier "live, work and play" development in Westchester County.

HUDSON HERITAGE

Town of Poughkeepsie, NY

 

Change is coming to Poughkeepsie in the form of the $250 million Hudson Heritage project which will change the complexion of the Route 9 corridor across from Marist College. A total of 750 new residential units will be constructed along with 350,000 square feet of retail space. The former Main Administration building will be repurposed and 3.7 miles of pathways and trails will wind throughout the site. More than 50 acres on the site will be publicly accessible open space.
